THE PROJECT
The management of complex and articulated cases, such as those concerning situations of emergency and discomfort that involve Italian, foreign, and nomadic children and adolescents, requires an integrated and multiagency model of intervention. The 114 service promotes a multidisciplinary intervention and offers psychological support, with the aim to create a ‘network’ of protection.

THE MODEL OF INTERVENTION
The collaboration of the services belonging to the network, and a coordinated management of the emergency case represent a new model of intervention based on timeliness, integration and avoidance of overlapping, sharing of objectives, procedures, competences and professionalism. This implies a coordination at various levels, with a precise determination of roles, methodologies and responsibilities among the different professions involved.
