WHEN IT IS AN EMERGENCY
The 114 operators evaluate the level of emergency of the requests that arrive in order to intervene in the most appropriate time frame and modality. The urgency of the request is determined by these criteria:
a. Content of the situation described by the caller b. Position of the minor (victim, direct or indirect witness, author) c. Circumstances of the situation: immediate danger, high risk for the psychological and physical safety of the minor involved, high probability that the problematic situation will be repeated briefly, threat of acting-out (for example: running away, suicide, etc.).
